I and my mom had lunch at this restaurant. We have been reconnecting again and had a terrific meal there for once. Even though there wasn’t any employees to wait on us and we had to clean up after ourselves. We had a great time. My personal pizza was very good and the manager was hospitable. John was really short and annoyed on the phone. My elderly grandma was trying to tell me what she wanted on her gf pizza and he yelled saying only one person could talk. Of course I understand that and did not want to frazzle him but my grandmother being yelled at is unnecessary. I spent the rest of the phone call with him being absolutely annoyed. Y’all need a staff who isn’t that short fused.

The service here has gone down hill extremely. They don’t answer phones, if they do they get it wrong because it’s someone in china. They are out of majority of things all the time and at way to early of hours to be out of pizza and breadsticks. Ordered last night and didn’t even receive my order. It’s pretty sad when your that incompetent that you can’t even make a pizza. Close your doors if you can’t find someone to slap chopped veggies on sauce.

Ordered a stuff crust . Good . Ordered the 3 topping deal large pizza. 11.99 asked if they could do deep dish said yep Bill was 34.75 ! Stuffed crust 12.99 criminal. Hope the owner this. Grabbed a 2 liter said keep the tip. DONE. been eating there since it opened.

I use to love pizza hut and would make it my go to for last minute dinner, but customer service gets worse with each visit. Quality of food has gone down hill and when I called to tell them they place the wrong sauce on my chicken wings the boy said… “It’s right you don’t know what it should tase like.” I hung up and haven’t ordered since. I either get hand tossed or pan pizza and it has been super thin the last few times.
