It took the food over an hour and a half to get to my house (I live just around the corner from Pizza Hut) and all I ordered was wings, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls. By the time the food actually came, it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for hours.

Ordered a Big New Yorker at 7:30pm pm online, it said it would take 40-50 mins. My pizza got here at 9:10pm and the delivery driver was holding the pizza side ways. My pizza was cut in 8 slices instead of 6, because it was the Big New Yorker. Plain pepperoni, but there were a couple random mushrooms on it.

Thank you very much Ed the pizza was fully coocked and the crust was flufy and crispy it was extremely scrumptious the wing were juicy and evenly seasoned the costumer service felt like i was being treated like family very friendly and polite im glad i chose to come here instead of McDonald’s i would highly recommend everyone i know to go to pizza hut

The app made ordering easy, I ordered a takeout pizza and it was ready in 10-15 minutes, unfortunately I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to take my money once I arrived. But we like cold pizza too.
