Had family in town and we were trying to decide where to eat. The delivery guy was instantly rude asking why we were parking there. Had heard there was still no open lobby. He confirmed that and proceeded to point out tow signs in their parking lot. As they “still have customers” Carryout and delivery only. My sister tells him thank you for helping us decide we’re NOT eating here. Meanwhile I watched 2 people exit the Press Box next door and enter a vehicle followed by another person into another vehicle, all parked at the far side of “Pizza Hut’s Parking”. I went to meet family inside Press Box, get a table and phoned in an order of bread sticks for carryout. Walked up got them and put them in my windshield with the receipt. Guess I payed for parking but we’ll NEVER go there even if they ever open the lobby again. If the delivery guy is somehow the manager…no wonder they can’t find help to open the lobby, even if they did his shining personality would chase off customers like this one. You’ll have to ask my dogs how the bread sticks were, I wasn’t going to eat them with him in the kitchen.

Just a note, the place looks closed and the door is locked. Near the back is a to go window. The parking lot was completely empty so it was a little weird. Happy the Big New Yorker is back. Great value, huge, and delicious!

Complete and utter disappointment, the pizza never arrived. Person on the phone straight up hung up on me the first time and the 2nd call the person told me to call the national line. I did so, and got my refund.

Ordered delivery, pizza and breadsticks, took way less time than they said and pizza hot straight out of the oven. Couldn’t have been any better. Friendly delivery, 5 stars for sure.

How is this a Supreme Detroit style pizza? It’s literally bread sticks with marinara sauce on top of it. Happy I didn’t plan of feeding a bunch of people. And I can’t get a hold of Pizza Hut store that it was ordered from. Thanks for forgetting the toppings. Unfortunately I didn’t eat, but my family who shared these breadsticks liked them.

I ordered a super Supreme and got a meat lovers with olives. I order often and know that it was missing toppings–that I paid an extra $2 to get. Quality has steadily decreased as prices and delivery time (and delivery charge) keep steadily climbing. I am very disinterested in ordering again until things change for the better (for the customer)

My most recent interaction started out as a 1star terror show. Only person at work, so I ordered carryout online, paid, and had my son go pick it up. He called when he got there, said the doors where locked and there was no one there. I made sure he was in the right place, because that sounded crazy. It’s 2 in the afternoon. Called the pizza hut on Brooks, they told me I was the 2nd person to call them about this issue and that I could order from them, pay again, and hope to get a refund when they opened. As I was getting very frustrated I got a call on my cell. The guy said he just got to work and saw that no one had opened that day and that he was very sorry about the whole fiasco. He asked if I would give him 30 minutes while he got everything set up and he would have my order done. He was very polite, made it right for me, we got our food, and I was very happy with how it all got handled!!

Normally my orders are always great. But I ordered the Calzone this time to save it for my lunch today, and was not impressed. 3 total pieces of pepperoni, and barely any cheese? This ruined my lunch as now I have to go buy something somewhere else just to be satisfied.
