Delivery is not done by Pizza Hut delivery drivers. If you place an order to be delivered at a specific time it is likely not to arrive at that time. Doordash is doing the delivery and the last order I put in was 45 minutes late, pizza was very cold, driver told me Doordash added an extra stop on them and put me as the last delivery. I will be ordering Domino’s from now on. I get my pizza and wings hot from them.

This store uses door dash to deliver. The door dash driver CARRIED MY PIZZA VERTICALLY. I’ve literally NEVER seen that before. 0/10 would not recommend. Also, they didn’t give me onions. Three toppings ordered, I got 2.

Do not waste your money on a calzone!!!!! MINE was so gross. It was Pepperoni with like a tsp of cheese and about 7 Pepperoni. I’m so mad that I paid for this!!!! I will be calling in the am!!!

I was on hold 15 minutes before I gave up. Their hold spiel keeps reminding you to be patient and kind because they’re short staffed. There’s a solution to being short staffed, and that’s paying a decent wage. Order from someone that is willing to pay the cost of doing business.

I order a medium pizza and double order of breadsticks on 7/13 to be delivered at 11:45pm so it would be there when I got home from work. I didn’t open the breadstick box till the morning of 7/14 and found NO marinara sauce . Even if I noticed the mistake the night of the delivery, the store would’ve been closed by the time I got home. Such a disappointment. I was looking forward to eating them for lunch but can’t since there was no sauce.
