My fiancé and I ordered delivery through the app and it was being sent out with a driver through Door Dash. The driver had an exponential amount of issues trying to find our apartment and when we tried calling them, they ignored every call/text. The delivery was marked delivered but we never got our food. So we called Pizza Hut and the GM basically said, “not our problem, call Door Dash.” Which we ended up doing and finally got our refund, however, Door Dash confirmed with us that Pizza Hut is the party responsible. So ridiculous. We won’t ever order from this location again. Poor customer service and bad attitude from the manager here. Do better.

Do not order from here. They use a 3rd party delivery service (door dash). The food never showed up, but I did get a ” you food delivered text”. Called pizza hut and well hope to one day get a refund. 41.26 down the drain.

I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered food online thru Pizza Hut website at 5:20, delivery time was 25-35 minutes. Expected delivery at 6. At 6:30 my order still hadn’t arrived. Called store twice, no answer. Called third time and finally got through by pretending I was placing a new order and got transferred. It’s now 6:45. Lady said my food was ready but she had no drivers. She ordered a Dasher to deliver and they should be here in 15 minutes. At 7:45 I still had no food. Called again, lady said no ones picked up the food yet. It’s now almost 8:00. I told her to cancel my order and she rudely hung up on me before I could confirm I wouldn’t be charged for the food I never got. I am not eating ice cold food that’s been sitting around for 2 hours. I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Why in world would you offer delivery when you don’t have any drivers and no dashers willing to deliver for you?!? Based on other complaints I’ve read, they either need to close this location for good or completely overhaul it. Cannot believe that lady was so rude to me – how would she feel if she was in my place? Did she actually expect me to eat food made hours ago that’s been sitting around? That’s how people get food poisoning. Unbelievable, this is unacceptable business behavior. She should be apologizing profusely and offering me free stuff, credits and/or discounts to keep me as a customer. She should have called me to tell me there was a delivery problem after i had placed the order and not let the situation get far.
