Visited this location today usually I do take out but today we did dine in we ordered our food then ordered drinks but they had no juice for kids our food came out in the box turns out they had no plates or silverware while the employee was really nice & tried his best with what was available Our experience was not the best. Pizza Hut should be ashamed why have a dine in area if you don’t have anything to accommodate those who want to dine in .

worst experience ever I placed an order three hours ago and still nothing. I called the store. NO ANSWER. I went in the store I waited 50 minutes inside because no one was coming to the front the store was empty there was only one person working so I had to wait a total of four hours just to get a pizza and I asked her if there’s anyway that I can get a discount because everything is probably cold and it’s been so long and she said no and I’m like OK cancel it and she threw it in the garbage in front of my face. I understand the workers frustration because there’s no way that she should be left alone with so many orders but at least be a little bit more professional. everything was such a mess

ordered pizza from this location today and paid inside the restaurant and gentleman completed my transaction. And quickly after that someone stole my credit card information and I started receiving notifications of someone doing fraudulent transactions using my credit card. Be careful buying anything from this location. I’ve been ordering pizza’s from this location over 10 years now and now I will have to take my business else where

I was waiting for more then 20 minutes for my food even though they said it was ready and people who went inside got their food before me even though I called it in waited 15 minutes and went through the drive thru, this took way to long and their were no employees there after we got our food! Not coming here again and way to pricey. Food was good though

Avoid this location at all costs. Their service is horrible and they will somehow overcharge you and not refund you that money. Also, the guy in the front will get frustrated at you if you tell them it’s not your order or if you’re missing something. I really hope someone higher up is reading up on this and does something. Please do yourself a favor and visit the other location.

One star, only because it won’t let me give zero. I have NEVER had a worse experience at a restaurant. These people at the Waukegan store are incompetent, dishonest, and have no regard for customer satisfaction. More than 2 hours to deliver a simple order to a residence 8 blocks away? Unacceptable! Do NOT go to this store, even if you’re starving to death!

Pizza hut dough for PAan pizza got worse and does not test like used to be. I order from 2nd store because I did not believe the 1st store Gurnee, IL that it was Pan pizza so I order Waukegan, IL store an fit is same. Wasted money.

Don’t come here the customer service is terrible i ordered on the app it said it was ready i went in the breadsticks were not ready the worker said to wait 5 minutes 10 minutes later I’m still waiting then they give me one pizza i still needed 1 more then the guy got mad at me because i said i needed 1 more no wonder theres rarely people here.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Pizza delivered in specified time but they substituted Sierra Mist for Mtn Dew. Not the same thing at all. AND they left it to the DoorDash driver to tell me. AND received only one soda instead of two.
