After an absolutely horrible phone call with staff that clearly had other focus than my order, I’ll never order there again. Ended up getting potesda pizza instead and it was great. Ring the Bell. He era of Pizza Hut is over, and the employees at this location might be boarder-line retarded, mixed with a little ADHD for good measure. Save yourself the headache with this place, you’ll probably get better pizza elsewhere anyways.

I’m going to have to give 3 stars. Based on my last experience I’d be giving one star. I but I have had good experiences in the past. So oh, I ordered two pizzas online on the Monday night. Everybody was stoked we had all agreed on pizza. My notification came up to say my order was ready since I’m only a few blocks from the Pizza Hut I went to go get the pizzas when I saw the notification come up. When I got to the Pizza Hut all the lights are off. I rang the doorbell. Nobody answered there was one car sitting outside with a light on possibly the manager’s office? Big letdown for the family. Undaunted, I made the same order tonight after going by to see if the Pizza Hut was open. When I got there I complain to the guy giving me my pizzas and he said that’s a common thing there did they have no power over online ordering. So my suggestion is to call first if it’s after 8 at night or just call anyways.

I was craving a Pizza Hut deep dish meat lovers pizza tonight. Do, I made an online order to the Zion, IL location. One hour and forty minutes later, this like warm jewel shows up. This location must be run by morons or monkeys. Stay away from Pizza Hut in Zion.

If I could give negative stars I would. I got a gluten free pizza took it back to my campsite just to find they didn’t cut my pizza. So I called the store to let them know I talked to the assistant manager who told me they don’t cut the gf pizza. I explained that I ordered one less than a week ago and it was cut he explained that was wrong. I asked for a refund on my pizza he said he can’t refund a pizza that was made correctly. So I said fine refund the one that was wrong that was cut. He wouldn’t do that either. He said if I brought him the pizza back he would cut it but other than that nothing. He also ended our call by saying “I can’t deal with this right now” so I hung up. Not only will I not go back but I really urge everyone else not to go there. Also it was fun to watch an employee prop open the back door to smoke then go handle pizza. This location clearly doesn’t care about their customers!

Very incompetent store. Received half of my delivery and they wouldn’t redeliver the missing items. I was told I would have to pick them up. When asked for a refund, the person said they weren’t able to issue a refund and that I’d have to wait for a general manager to do it the following day. I am still waiting to hear from them. Won’t be ordering from this place again.

Ordered a large meat lovers at 509pm for a 545pm pickup. I was at the restaurant to pickup at exactly 545pm. When I got home (7 mins away), the pizza was less than satisfactory. It appeared to have not been fresh and left in a warmer/heat lamp for quite sometime. The pepperoni was hard and sounds weird, sharp. Last time I was there I was given the wrong pizza. I’ll just make the trip to the Waukegan store from now on.

My order was a Super Supreme and Cinnabon Mini Rolls. The pizza was great. No problems there. However, we received regular cinnamon sticks with a pack of glaze, and not the Cinnabon Mini Rolls. Yes, there is difference between the two. In the past, we ordered from the Lewis Ave location since it was closer, but it is now closed down, so we tried the one in Zion. Maybe we will try Gurnee next time.
