I would rate them a 0 stars if it was an option. Nobody have knowledge of they job. I place an order once I got to the store with the coupon. The girl had to ring it up again applying the coupon but she also charge me full price for the pasta which was fine but refused to give me the five bread sticks that’s included. Which is clear as day on the menu. Silva is not fit for management position. She don’t listen to the customer and she don’t fix the problem. She rude and doesn’t know her job! I’m be reaching out to corporate as well and I won’t order there again..

A modern replacement restaurant for the older original-styled Pizza Hut. I miss the ambiance of the old wood-paneled place. It needed new bathrooms, but the new facility’s dining area is totally devoid of the warmth of the old dining room. The pizza and other comestibles are still the same; that’s good. The new place is geared mostly to carryout. Just a handful of sterile tables and chairs to eat at. Friendly counter staff; also good.

I am usually a fan of Pizza Hut, but not this location. Tok my grandkids there for a quick dinner. Although there were about 10 tables, there was no table service. We were told it would take 15 minutes, but after 25 minutes I went back to ask about our pizza. They had stuck our pizza in a holding case and never told us it was ready. They only had paper plates and no silverware. Drinks were only in bottles from a cooler, and no glasses provided. On top of all that, the pizza was lousy. Really miserable experience. Nothing good about this location.

I loved the pizza ,it was loaded with toppings …I got the personal pan..the person working was alone so I was hard to get things like napkins ,and the cheese..other customers also where calling back into the kitchen to get help. But she never came out…only when the door bell went off did she come out…I went behind the front counter and get my own napkins and cheese…

Ordered a pizza here on 7/14 and paid extra so they can add more cheese $8 extra and the pizza barely had any cheese , terrible ! The worst pizza I’ve had in years

These are my “breadsticks” I received at work today. Not cut. When i called to let them know the person who answered stated “our breadsticks have never been cut” when I explained I’ve ordered Pizza Hut my entire life he said “hmmm that’s odd, is them not being cut a really a significant problem”
