received 2 burned Pizza’s, and a wrong pizza. When asked for a refund as i returned the pizza was told i would get a call from the RGM which s a dumb name for Store Manager. I called and was offered store credit +10 or my order made again. This wasnt the first flop from this location but it will be the last. Refused to refund 2 days in a row. Its a franchise so really what should anyone expect.

This place will make you wait extra long even after you’ve ordered over twenty minutes ago. I had to ask for someone else’s pizza and for my own. Hers ended up being in the oven and they didn’t realize it. They take your money and don’t tell you how long the wait is. It’s terrible customer service. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from this Pizza Hut.

I came here a couple years ago & the customer service was terrible, so I simple stopped circulating my money there. But because of the beyond meat special Pizza Hut has going , I tried them again today. But today was different because the cashier Kobe was so helpful & patient with me I feel like he should get promoted to being a manager. Because of his great customer service, I’ll be back in a couple of weeks!

I ordered food at 7:40pm and the website said to expect it around 8:30, which was fine with me. An employee called me at 8:45 to inform me that there was an issue but my food will arrive shortly. 9:30-I call about my order, since its almost been TWO HOURS after placing my order and 45minutes since I was last contacted. I wasn’t all too happy and I just cancelled my order, for which I received “Thank you ma’am, have a good night.” That was the icing on the cake for me. I’ll never order from here again.

The absolute worst experience EVER! I will never patronize the restaurant ever again! I placed an online order at 5 o’clock and had an estimated time of 35-45 minutes. At 6 o’clock I called back to get an eta on my food as was told that it is on the way. Well at 7 o’clock I called back and was told that I accidentally put the wrong number on the order and that the driver left. I asked why didn’t the driver ring my doorbell and the guy on the phone (Juan) got extremely agitated. He said he will have the driver to come back I said ok can we make sure the food is hot. He said that the food would not be hot and before I could respond he hung up. I called back and was immediately place on hold were a waited for maybe 10 minutes. The manager Juan finally answered and told me that he had already cancelled my order and that he no longer had a delivery driver..the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to..if I could the place 0 stars I would.

This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten. I ordered my pizza online and apparently it didn’t go through however I got a notification in my bank account that they charged me for my pizza $30. I called them and they wouldn’t accept my order or being making my order until I proved to them that I actually purchased the pizza. I thought the customer was always right! So I went and showed I showed them that I got charged! When they made the pizza they took forever. It was originally going to take 20 mins but we waited 40 mins!
