The Big New Yorker is Back! Not quite. Maybe if this store knew how to make it correctly. No original “sweet sauce,” dough for a 14″ pizza stretched out to 16″ and an ounce of herbs and spices just thrown on the top after baking. I was excited, but now very disappointed.

The girl assistant manager is not hearing a situation, we paid for pan pizza and extra cheese for 2 pizza’s… they promised me to remake the order.assistant manager doesn’t have any knowledge regarding customer service and no idea about how to talk ! She needs more training talking with customers!!!

HORRIBLE experience! The cashier (who covered her name) short brown hair bumps and scars all over her face. Rude and disrespectful!! She was acting like she was high on drugs! Kept having to recount my change!!! Kept touching her face and nose without washing her hands!!! I will never come back to this location! Disgusting.

Had the worst experience the day after their mistake. My husband ordered pizza for our girls. They delivered it to the wrong house. The store wouldn’t answer his calls after and we had to call corporate for a refund.

The pizza is horrible and has to much grease. The worst part is that they charge so much for a large pizza. If you want to eat pizza I recommend that you go to Domino’s or Pizza Now or even Rosatis.
