I’ve ordered from this spot about 5 times and had no issues with picking up or my deliveries. Just today, food came super hot, to my door on the 15th floor in a secured buikding. Still didnt slow them down. Of course a 20 percent tip helps so if you want to be paying cheap change to these folks then you might want to just get the pizza yourself.

Waited 3 hours for my food just for it to arrive 3 hours old, dried pizza and dried cheese bread. Oh and forgot my drink!! Will never return! Who ever the women was on the phone tonight decided get aggravated instead of offering any type of help or apology so get a different lady ya need it.

janet was super chill and accommodating to us when we asked about our special offers and helped us claim breadsticks and cinnamon sticks for our reward! our app wasnt working and she was super kind about it and offered to help us navigate the offers by calling nearby locations but ultimately worked it out with us. were super grateful for her and this honestly made our day.

I haven’t been in this location in a while because of how bad the pizza was the last time I ordered a pick up and the crazy waiting time. I can say I had a great experience this time around. It seems like the store either change hands or have a new manager. I got there and my pizza was ready. The manager was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Got the big new Yorker here and it was just terrible. Sad because I was excited about it. Staff seems nice but this pizza wasn’t made to spec. Underbaked and not enough toppings. Cost over 20 with tip. Big waste of money.

The manager and the younger guy who had black wool hat on was very helpful to me. When I got there I asked him do they have any deals; He told me to the best deals is go to Pizza Hut com. He also, said to order online and I can pay him cash after I place my order. But, ordering online off there website is can be a bit confusing.;even though they have better deals.
