I love going to Pizza Hut when I was a kid, they got good pizza there. P’zone is one of the pizzas that are like sandwiches since 5th grade. Sadly the old Pizza Hut since my childhood was torn down, but I am glad to see Pizza Hut by Berkot’s. Will the P’zone be served again soon?

The website says they close at 12am. I drove to the location as I was on the phone with a representative who took my order, repeated it back to me, and told me my total along with the wait time of 15 minutes. Then I received a call right back from a different representative who called to report they are no longer taking orders and closed. If you were closed why didn’t the previous representative say so instead of taking my order?? Why does your website say a different time? Terrible customer service and a terrible inconvenience.

Food here is amazing as always, my family has been ordering here for decades and it’s always great. The staff seems to be hard working at all times. During food rushes, they work hard and fast to make sure our food comes out great. Whether it’s long time employees or newbies, they’re all hard working. If you want your food to be cooked fresh and professionally then order here. No one can truly out pizza the Hut. #dominosismid

First off, we ordered delivery. When it had not arrived in almost an hour, I checked the status which said it would be almost a two hour wait. Not told that at time of order. Called to cancel, but was told it was next out of the oven. Said we would come pick it up. All items were cold when we got home. Not even close to being warm. I usually love my Pizza Hut, but this was just awful.

We ordered food here during the pandemic, and when we walked in for our carryout, there was not a single person inside the store wearing a mask. As we walked into the lobby, a female employee cussed at a younger male employee to not let anyone else into the lobby. By this point, we wanted to just get our food and get out. We arrived 30 minutes after ordering our food, which had an expected ready time of 25 minutes, and our food was not ready. We then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for our food to be made. Other patrons in the lobby received refunds on their late orders, but we did not. Absolutely awful service. Will not be returning.
