Spent $100+ just for one of our pizzas to almost be forgotten as we were getting ready to get our order so they had to make it, our other pizza getting cold sitting on the counter. Only the manager seems to be working and employees were sitting on the counters talking with each other/being on phones. One girl was not wearing gloves or proper work shoes.

I ordered ONE pizza and a 2 liter 2 hours before they closed. The pizza finally came almost 3 hours after the store closed and they didn’t bring the pop and the pizza was cold. The driver was just so matter of fact about it. This is the second time they did this to me they won’t get another chance.

Worse Pizza Hut do NOT come here. They will pretend to take your order and take your money without delivering the pizza. We waited 3 hours calling about our pizza where they gave different excuses each time passing the phone to different people. Rude and refused to give refund after THEY gave us a run around for 3 hours about our pizza we paid for! First and LAST time dealing with this place. Don’t do it y’all…

The worst pizza I’ve had in my entire life. Hard, dry, lopsided crust. It feels like you’re like chewing on sandpaper. The skin was literally was scrubbed off parts of the roof of my mouth just from trying to eat one slice. Everything has a weird taste to it.The cheese doesn’t even take like the fresh mozzarella Pizza Hut uses. Whatever they gave me wasn’t worthy of the moniker “Pizza Hut.” Easily takes the award for worst Pizza Hut in Illinois. Don’t even bother with the new Detroit pizza either since it’s garbage. At least the food was ready when I got there so I was in & out in about two minutes.

Good Pizza,, even better staff. I am a truck driver and was staying at a truckstop next door. I walked down there for my first pizza. Nothing but smiling pleasant People working there. The next day I had one delivered from this same store. My experience with their young delivery driver was just as impressive. Kudos to the management for such a good team!
