I have retried pizza hut twice know in the past month. Both times my food was hot and and delivered with no problems. Only issue is wings need alittle more sause. Great improvment from past experience.

Ordered wings and a pizza online. The bill came to almost $30. When it was picked up, it was just the wings. I asked about the pizza, but apparently it hadn’t gotten in the cart, so paid for wings only. I asked about the price and they said that’s how much a dozen wings are. I can’t believe that wings are that much! I will not order from there again because the prices are outrageous!

Wow talk about stingy with the sauce…I also asked for extra napkins but didn’t get any. I’m a truck driver so it’s not like I have normal resources that would be found in a house. I mean seriously the dude knew he was delivering to a truck driver based off my delivery instructions and the fact he was delivering to a truck stop! I’ve never had service this bad….

Ordered a pizza online, said 25-35 minutes delivery. At 50 minutes after ordering someone called me to let me know that they didn’t have a driver and I would either have to come get it or order through door dash – Really? You couldn’t have said something 50 min ago so I could do something about it? – thanks for nothing

My family and I went at lunchtime on a Saturday. There was only us and a gentleman waiting to pick up. The waiter was quite nice and very knowledgeable about everything pizza hut. Our food didn’t take long to come. Cheese sticks were delicious and the marinara was good. The pizza was thin crust and it was delicious too. And finally the wings. Delicious. I love the retro feel you get being in a pizza hut. I’m very glad this hut is still here.

Called at 11:30 asking if they had dine in because I know some places don’t lately due to being short staffed which is totally understandable. They said they did, but were not offering salads or buffet. We then went in at 6:30 for dinner & there were people inside complaining because they had called at 5:30 & were also told they had dine in. A little disappointing because they could have just been honest over the phone & saved us the drive

Horrible. Pizza was all crust. They only put sauce and cheese in the very middle. 1/3 of the pizza had NO sauce or cheese. Only dry crust.

Food was great! I even tried some new things. Melanie was friendly and truly uplifting. And she was working her butt off!!!! You can’t beat good food at a reasonable price! I also love sitting in the traditional Pizza Hut atmosphere!
