Man went in and dine in area was like a ghost tow. Very unwelcoming. Well went in to get the new pizza melt. Very crispy. Maybe a little to crispy. The flavor was overpowered by the garlic parm. Overall it was just ok.

My son and I had the buffet. It’s pricey now but was still worth the money. They do it Wed, Thursday, and Friday in Yorkville IL. Very nice people that work there. Bad thing, restripe your lot, if you dress up the parking lot it would look a lot nicer there. Give it a try.

I created a google account just so I could write this review. We’ve had some real struggles with this location in the past but something has changed..for the better! The last 2 times we’ve ordered the food has arrived on time and piping hot! So happy to have our Pizza Hut back!

Food was fresh, hot and very delicious!!! Plus nice and warm inside for indoor dining! Under new ownership and owner was wonderful!! Those garlic mozzarella stuffed knots were YUMMY along with the breadsticks and double pepperoni pan pizza yummy!!

They explained that they used door dash due to high volume. We watched our pizzas sit 1/2 mile away for 30 minutes. We called concerned and they not only answered their phone after hours but made us fresh pizzas which the manager offered to deliver herself. We appreciated the offer but picked up our fresh pizza 15 minutes later. Thank you to the new staff at Yorkville Pizza Hut for going above and beyond to make it right.

7 employees at location at time of visit. GM Jacob sitting at a table playing on his phone. “NOT doing dine-in.” This is the third attempt in the last year; they refuse to open the lobby. If you have to make my pizza anyway, what’s the difference if you have to bring me a bottle of pop and clean up a few crumbs? Absolutely ridiculous and RUDE. Unprofessional and LAZY.
