I ordered a few pizzas and breadsticks for pickup. I walked up to the counter, and a young black female was sitting down, and she completely ignored me. Check the cameras, I was there 07/02/23 around 4:20pm. She was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me. She even picked her nose while I was there. A couple of young men had to come help me. Even then, she did not acknowledge. Makes me wonder, is it because I’m white? This is the last time I will be a paying customer here.

Now to the pizza , the new York style big new Yorker in my opinion is a good deal $14.99 and extremely tasty apparently they make this pizza differently than the Regular pizza and use a different sauce for it too.

Horrible experience if I could give 0 stars I would. I made an online order to deliver at 6:58pm. I waited til 7:40pm to call the location and check on my order. The manager tells me that it’s for carry out and has no responsibility to the system if it changes to carry out. No one called nor texted nor emailed n told me my order was ready. I drove to the location and the manager on duty was very rude nasty and I professional. I asked for corporate number she said “google it. She didn’t know the number. I asked for the higher manager couldn’t give me info either.

Ordered online and when I got my order it was missing breadsticks, forks, and napkins. This was on the receipt and when I contacted the store she tried to tell me I was wrong and then realized I wasn’t. Instead of offering the breadsticks or something she fell silent and then the call failed. Truly unprofessional staff who ruined my entire lunch.
