I Ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks, took an hour to get here and most of it was burnt. the breadsticks were cold too. They let your food sit there when they don’t have enough drivers, which is all the time. Don’t Order from this one seriously !

Place an order online for the children before a dinner date with the mother. The app told me a specific time however, when it was not delivered 10 minutes past the time quoted we gave a call to the door to see what was the status of our order. The girl on the phone simply replied it’s running behind despite the tracker saying it had been delivered already we were placed on hold, and then when we called from a line that the order was actually placed under, the CSR answered the phone and immediately placed us on hold a shame that I had to drive to the store to actually get a resolution to my problem would not recommend this location

Used to be a loyal customer been ordering from here since I was a kid, the last time I was double charged and went through hell and high water for it to be fixed and this time they deliver it an hr and a half after the text it’s out for delivery and when I received it, it was cold, and wings had no sauce. The manager said he couldn’t refund me if I returned the food which I’ve never heard of and I was pretty much SOL. So disappointed in its downfall.
