My friend went to pick up her order last week. Not only did they get her order wrong…twice, they insulted her as she left (Supervisor called her a name they didn’t think she could hear). She was rightfully livid. Poor form. I’m disappointed.

Minimum amount to qualify for “guaranteed 25 to 35 minute delivery” delivery is outrageous, especially when Pizza Hut’s charge for delivery is pricey and a tip is also expected….btw the pizza arrived 35 minutes past the “35 minute maximum” delivery promise.

Has good food (mostly pizza) and some soda pop, represented by nice employees. They will make delivery. Priced quite high. Employees are very nice and helpful! Loved the chicken wings and mozzarella cheese sticks, too. The entire family loved the food. Location near Hamilton and Main Streets.

Avoid this location if at all possible, they do not answer phones, don’t inform when out of a particular dough, and are extremely unprepared for dinner rushes. I am a former Pizza Hut Employee that left in 2014 and the type of work (if you can call it work they did here) would NOT be tolerated. Never ordering from this location ever again. Oh and the manager looked at me like a disease and didn’t bother to address me. And we’re leaving cooked pizzas on a wire rack throwing them surely way off accuracy.

I hate to put someone on blast, but we’ve had this problem three consecutive times. We ordered a pizza for delivery and had to call twice in the hour after we were supposed to receive it. When it did arrive an hour an a half late, we received someone else’s order and the food was lukewarm at best, but honestly cold to the touch. When we called after we got the wrong order to see what happened, the person who answered the phone hung up on us. We had to wait half an hour to even speak to a manager; this ordeal was our entire night. We really gave it every shot, but we can’t order from this place anymore. Guys, you used to be the best pizza place in town. What happened?
