Second time it was perfect! Our first order came with an uncut pizza and was overcooked along with the cheese sticks. After calling and talking to Katrina she made it right and quickly got us a replacement! The delivery guy was also great! Hoping they get it right the first time next time like other Pizza Hut locations in town. Thanks Katrina!

Took 2 hours to get me a pizza that was absolutely terrible. I mean I got a pretty low bar for enjoying pizza but come on haha. Greasy and chewy.. and not in a good way. Like chewing rubber. Kept getting voicemail as I was trying to figure out where it was.

Terrible experience. Tried to order by phone, was disconnected half way through the first time. The second time everything went through and the order was placed. This was all with a call center in India as confirmed by store management. I waited an hour and a half and no food, during this time I called the store repeatedly to attempt to add a tip to my card, no answer, just kept giving me voicemail and then hanging up. I finally called the South Main location only to be told they had heard the North Main location was closed and they were getting multiple complaint calls from people like me. The store was closed the whole time yet this call center took the order and my payment. I never received the food. Waiting on a refund now. Horrible service, and outsourcing jobs to India, what a combination!

Placed an order for my teenager’s hotel party, ended up needing to be delivered thru a 3rd party company and they picked up the food and never delivered. I spoke with the General Manager Michelle twice and she was extremely kind. Her customer experience is one of a kind, she was so apologetic made it right got me my food and gave me a deal. Much appreciated Michelle you saved the party
