Pretty sad you order stuff and you don’t get all your order. I call the store and am told I can come out and pick up what was missing. I am also told the person on the phone is the only one working! I said no you send the missing items the way you sent the order. She says I can’t do that.

We were running late due to car trouble so we called the restaurant to let them know. The gentleman we spoke to said he would make sure our food was still fresh when we arrived. I told them 30 minutes and sure enough, it was hot and fresh when we got there, even though we picked up almost an hour later than planned! Amazing customer service. Above and beyond expectations!
