Ordered a meal of 4 pizzas and bread sticks at 8:30pm no pizza delivered at all by 10:30pm. The store did not notify of any delay. On the check in call at 9:30 we were told it would be delivered. At 10:20 no pizza yet. Now the store is closed. The call center was no help getting the order delivered.

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get order,when we ordered they told us 45 minutes and never mentioned doordash after 1hour and 15 minutes of waiting they told us door dash picked it up. Then we get a text saying order was canceled. So we call back and pizza hut in cahokia put us on hold for 22 minutes until door dash pulled up with our order.

No where online does it mention door dash is used. Two hours after ordering there was a message that door dash cancelled. Called the store and they pretended to not know what I was talking about and the pizza was still coming. Well 12 hrs later still no pizza and the funds have been taken from my bank account. Cahokia Illinois Pizza Hut is worthless.
