Ordered online, never arrived. When I finally called I was told it was still in the warmer. I wish I could say this was the first time something like this has happened. Staff was nice enough while refunding money, but it should have never came to that. Now I have to wait and see if the refund comes through.

I typically don’t give places 5 stars, so when I do, you know its good. Me and my husband go on dates there a LOT. Staff there is extremely nice, funny and really helpful all around. Left a nice woman a $50 tip at one point, not including our meal price. We love this place, and would absolutely hate to see it go, like the one in Jacksonville. I typically leave big tips for the staff there whenever I have it to give.

Horrible experience. We walked in and waited to be seated. We were the only customers in the building. No one came up when we walked in. We could hear people in the back so we yelled to get someone’s attention. No response. We stood and waited for someone to appear almost 10 mins. After we were seated, it didn’t take long to get our order and the food was very good. However, the breadsticks came to the table after we had finished our pizza. We had to get up and go to the counter for refills because no one came back to the table. It took several minutes to get a response standing at the counter waiting for the refill. When we went to leave, it was the same situation. We found our receipt laying on the counter and put the money with it. No one ever came to the register while we stood there waiting. Its a good thing we are honest people because it would have been very easy to walk out without paying since no one was to be seen anywhere in the back. And yelling for someone didn’t do the trick either. On a side note, the women’s restroom was disgusting. Hard to tell when it was last cleaned.

As we sat tonight to eat supper, there was a young man who clearly had just started his job at this establishment, the manager Traci? The whole time yelled and berated this young man, making him mess up more. As my husband went to pay she again yelled at him in front of a customer (my husband) when the phone rang as he went to answer it that that was not his top priority, that the window is, and we were not the only ones inside. Food was good. Manager was terrible! I understand things are tough but man she was ridiculous! Needs reprimanded for sure.

Tonight, I ordered pizza for my family online. The order was accepted and the money taken out of my account. We waited an hour, and we finally called. The phone rang continuosly for about 30 min. I finally got through and was hung up on. When the phone was finally answered, we were told that they were no longer doing delivery. Which is fine, but clearly they were still taking orders online. So. I feel as though they could have contacted me, to let me know delivery wasn’t available instead of making my family wait over an hour for a pizza that was not going to arrive. They DID however credit the money back right away. So, I will give them that. But the service and the quality of the food has steadily declined over the past several months.
