My food was supposed to arrive 30 minutes ago. Called the store she said it was delivered. Then proceeded to state that while yes it was delivered to an “untrustworthy” person but that the driver did his job correctly. Well if he did his job correctly and actually verify the address that is well lit then I would have my food…..

I’m so serious. Don’t go here. I got food poisoning. This place might not follow OSHA regulations on food temp. We ordered a pizza box with onions, tomatoes and a tomato sauce pasta. The onions were cold, the tomatoes tasted moldy/old and the tomato sauce pasta was barely hot. I gave up on the tomatoes on the pizza and ate the pasta and I’ve been living in the bathroom all morning taking #2’s that feel like #1’s. I’m trying to be real here.

Start with the good, delivery woman who usually comes is friendly and the food reliably tastes like pizza hut most of the time. Now the problem, the constantly are missing items on my delivery and every time I call about it instead of refund the item they say they will credit it but it never happens I just lose the money. Outside the pizza it’s very hit and miss, and they have shrunk the container for marinara for bread sticks so you no longer get an amount that will work for what you get.

This place is a complete disaster area!! The store is always filthy, cooler is never stocked, worst of all the food is complete garbage! I paid OVER $60 for my food and nothing was fresh. The pizza was cold, the sauce was just thrown on it but wasn’t even spread out normally so the crust was huge. Hardly any toppings on it at all, 2 pizza’s were burnt, pasta was extremely dry barely any sauce, breadsticks and cheese sticks were hard, their so called boneless chicken wings were nothing but little tiny pieces and rock hard. Their traditional wings were undercooked and had a not so good smell to them. The staff is a joke! The so called general manager is rude and will cop a huge attitude for telling her about my order being so messed up. The employees act like they have no proper training. You can look back there and tell that it’s not properly cleaned and ran. They claim to be under staffed but yet the general manager has time to sit outside with other employees and chitchat with each other rather than being inside taking care of the customers that have been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food. Needless to say after I requested a refund for my food as I did not want it and wasn’t going to wait another hour for it to be remade, I was told that they do not give refunds that all they can do is give me a store credit. But told me that I would only be able to get up to a $50 credit because that is the limit they’re allowed. So not only did I not get the food I paid for, I’m also stuck eating a $63.54 loss because there is no way in hell I will be going back to that circus.

I really wanted to like the new “Melts”. I love crispy pizza crust, but this was hard, dry and flavorless. In addition, I was shocked at the way a medium, one topping pizza with extra cheese, was priced. $11.69 for thin crust, $1.50 for beef (hardly any) and $2.00 for cheese. I think I’ll make my own cheesy, meaty, crispy pizza and fold it in half.
