Ordered pizza after a huge storm swept through our town and we had been without power for several hours. Placed an order online and received a call from the shop immediately after, explaining that they were out of some ingredients after getting super slammed with loads of business due to the circumstances. The staff very patiently explained our options and a new timeline for completion of our order. Our food was ready for pickup exactly when they predicted. When I stopped in to pick it up, there were only two staff members present, working super hard and fast to complete a huge number of orders. When I commented on their small numbers, I was told some of their employees were not able to come in due to the widespread power outages. The counter staff member was super friendly and helpful to all customers in line ahead of me, despite the challenging circumstances, and our food was just as hot and delicious as always from this store, and made just as we had ordered. We really appreciate the staff’s efforts during incredibly difficult circumstances. Our food and this interaction has been a bright spot in this ordeal for us, as we continue with over 30 hours without power.

Ordered cheese bread and 3 topping pizza Sunday night from Monroe store. Cheese bread was like mush. Not cooked all the way through. The 3 topping pizza was the same way in the center. As a former employee of Pizza Hut this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Will continue to drive out of my way to a better location, Wabash store

Pizza Hut is a joke. The app is supposed to give you reward points, but when you try to cash them in on said app, it never works. We called the 800 number and they couldn’t do anything so they referred us back to the location. Well, the location couldn’t do anything either and referred us to the 800 number. What a scam job. Never again. Papa Murphy’s is way better and cheaper anyway.

Went to pick up and was told that they were out of pans? Was then told they could make it hand tossed but when I asked about upgrading from a medium to large for the inconvenience, I was laughed at and was told no.

Order At 10:05 pm, said it would deliver at 10:49. Tried calling 10:55 pm. They hung up on me 3 times. Finally reached customer service they claimed they ran out of pizza dough and couldn’t complete the order. Peoples wonder why business goes down. Thanks for wasting what time we had to order pizza. We won’t try again, hire better employees or suffer the fate as the kfc in town. . You are a pizza place you should not run out of dough on Friday night.
