It has just been remodeled. Looks good inside. Service and food was good. The waitress was so nice and sweet. We got the Box Deal(Breadsticks-add cheese, 1 topping med pizza, and Cinnamon Sticks). Affordable and DELICIOUS.

Busier since remodeled. Ordered at 515pm to pick up at 615pm got there wasn’t done so paid then was told try back in 20mins. At that time there was no order for me, had to remake with no expected time or explanation. Pizza was better I think. But that will definitely make me rethink traveling there.

Maybe it’s just me but it seems pizza hut has changed the quality of the products on their menu. Hadn’t been since before the pandemic and stopped in for my old favorite meatlovers pizza and breadsticks. I was terribly underwhelmed with everything, the sauce provided with the breadsticks was the consistency of water. The pizza was cooked perfectly but the taste was just off like they replaced all the ingredients with knockoff bargain brands, it was nothing like I remember and barely had enough cheese to partially cover some of the ingredients. I never thought I would say this but Domino’s pizza and other menus items beat this place by a mile, don’t think I will return to pizza hut, kinda sad it used to be my favorite. On top of the food issues they had one waitress running her tail off taking care or the 9 or 10 tables, needless to say when she dropped off the food she didn’t return once to check on the food or if we needed refills or anything else till she dropped the check off for us to pay, it was a very disappointing visit. The only good part of the visit was me realizing how much better Domino’s is in every measurable way.

The service was prompt and friendly, the food was excellent as always (Pizza Hut typically has the pizza, wings and breadsticks I enjoy the most) and the price was great. I ordered on the app, which made it super easy and they had it ready in good time. Just a fantastic experience during these uncertain food service times.

The crust was tough and bland. Taste like frozen pizza crust on top of being undercooked even though I specifically requested it be cooked well done. The wings were swimming in sauce. Was like I was drinking it when I took a bite. No one was satisfied nor did we finish eating. Basically gross. What a waste of $50. I requested curbside because my daughter was asleep in the car and though I checked in on the app and there was an employee who had just say down at a booth and saw me waiting. No one came out. I went in and that same employee was the one who waited on me so she wasn’t on a break, just ignoring my curbside request. Don’t offer it if you aren’t going to do it. I won’t go back here. I’d rather drive to Marion if I care to have Pizza Hut again.
