My husband loves Pizza Hut, I’m okay with it. But for both of us the pizza was the best we’ve had in a while. It was the barbeque chicken with onions, green peppers and sausage on half. It was hot when it was delivered and just a fantastic taste. The crust was original and was just as good as the pizza!

I ordered 2 pizzas, a pepperoni and a meat lovers. Got home and after the kids dug into one pizza and I looked at the other pizza realized it was missing half the toppings. Usually I get a few pepperoni’s on each slice and usually there’s no cheese to be seen on the meat lovers. I guess they are really holding toppings back on the pizzas these days.

I arrived. No one at register. I spotted an employee and called out. I was told to wait a minute as she was about to make someone else’s pizza first. When my pizza was set on the counter I opened it and saw only 6 pieces of chicken. I had paid for extra chicken, extra bacon and extra pork. I was told ALL the extra toppings were probably just melted into the cheese. AS I ATE THE PIZZA I FOUND THE MELTED IN CONCEPT WAS NOT CORRECT.

Seriously might be the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten. It’s so thin and practically no sauce, when we had ordered extra sauce. We called to talk to them, and first got put on hold for a few minutes and then they argued with us about the pizza for 10 minutes! It was unbelievable. We asked to speak to a manager and of course there isn’t one available. The only thing offered was $5 back, and the employee blamed the manager for not being able to compensate us more. Do not go here. There is a reason this place has terrible reviews. They need to be taught better customer service skills. Thanks for the terrible service, Mike.

Usually great efficient service. Today driver didn’t give me 30 seconds to get to door before leaving on ground! (Not happy) Then they failed to cut the pizza; that’s a first, Geeezzz. Rushing I guess resulted in extra heavy salty garlic shake on one side of Edge pizza. Note usually this location does better. Today not so much.

If you can solve for how a customer can pick up their order (self serve) we would not be subject to the other priorities the location is balancing. While I looked at and waited for my completed order I heard about the prep needed for a pending inspection and keeping the delivery driver on task. All important, so how can I walk in and grab my order and go?

Honestly, that was the BEST pizza I have ever gotten since moving to this area, including this Pizza Hut. Hats off personally to the pizza chef that made my delicious pizza. I will definitely be back!!! Had two pizzas delivered without sauce, and then I called the employee said all she could do was remake the pizzas but I would have to come pick them up since the delivery time was so long. I gave online feedback instead and was then offered a $15 credit at the store, which was less than the cost of the pizzas they messed up…

Received many orders from this place with no issue at all but tonight I order a pizza, wings, and brownies and they forgot the brownies. No big deal gave them a quick call hoping that I could even catch the guy before he gets back to the store somehow. They did not remember my order but said they would take care of it and refund me as well as get me the brownies. That was great, things happen and I thought it was taken care of. Fast forward 3 hours later, never received the brownies and I am being hung up on and put on hold once they see I’m calling. This is unprofessional and unlike anything I have experienced with pizza hut and I am truly disappointed in how the situation was handled.
