I’ll start off by saying I’m not a Karen by any means and hate confrontation but I can not let this go. I placed an order and the delivery driver and person I talked to on the phone was very very rude!! I always use the app and have never had a problem. Apparently there was a miscommunication on payment. On my app it showed it was paid for and apparently it didn’t show it on their end. So the driver said call the store, I’m not giving you your pizza until then. I even told the driver, I have a confirmation it was paid for and receipt, I’ll show you. He said, nope, call the store or no pizza. Just very blunt and rude as if I was trying to steal a pizza from them? He was just very rude whereas I was just confused as to what the issue was. So I called and the person was very rude to me as I explained the situation so I gave him my card to pay for it again and he got upset because I wasn’t going to tip the driver. So he said I would have to receive my order thru door dash and it would be another 20 minutes because he wasn’t sending his driver to my house without me tipping him..umm excuse me? The driver was VERY rude to me for no reason and I’m not REQUIRED to tip if I don’t want to. So I asked him, since I’m not giving him a tip I have to go thru door dash and get a cold pizza?? He said yep or cancel the order. So I said yes, please cancel the order. He said ha! great, *click*..I will never use their services again.

Love their hand tossed crust Supreme Pizza and chicken wings at this location. They have always done a good job for me and you can get reward points for free food in the future. Also love their lunch personal pan pizza.

If you must visit this location go and pick up your order. The delivery service is terrible and the pizza is NEVER hot, Luke warm at best. I always order extra cheese or it will be toppings and sauce. The first photo is of the The Edge Pizza. I’m sure they saw how it looked before putting it in the oven.

Manager Brian is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, ignorant man I have ever spoken to in my life. After calling to simply explain my pizza was delivered and had no tomato sauce. I was then verbally attacked and belittled followed by being hung up on mid sentence. After calling back and getting the number to corporate I was never apologized to, offered a refund or a solution of any sort, and then was hung up on a second time. I have contacted corporate and explained the situation and expressed my severe concern regards to the fact that Brian is training new employees and setting an example that disrespecting customers is ok and in this case preferred.

Upon walking in my husband was completely ignored and he was the only one in the dining area. The workers hardly even communicated when they did acknowledge him about our carry out order. Don’t plan to return to this location.

We don’t normally think of Pizza Hut (sorry) when considering a Pizza, but the local pizza restaurants have gotten so expensive, I did a google search to see what else was available near us. There was a Pizza Hut close and had some great specials, less that 50% of the price of our normal places, so we tried it. The pizza was ready and hot when I got there, the thin crust (of course – I am from St. Louis) was crispy but not burned, cooked perfectly. My wife and I were both very happy with the pizza. We will be back! Thanks
