Absolutely terrible!! Placed an order and when it never showed up i called the store. When someone FINALLY answered the phone, I was told that the order was voided because the driver tried calling several times and knocked several times so he took the order back to the store. First of all, the order was a contact less order and was instructed where to leave the order. Secondly, nobody EVER tried calling and I did not have several missed phone calls. Thirdly, not a soul knocked on my door as I was in the living room cleaning waiting for the order to arrive. Nothing but a bunch of liars

Though the Pizza Hut app confirmed my order, this place did not have the courtesy of calling and saying that they will cancel the order as they were not planning to make any more pizzas at 8 PM. Once I called to ask for status 40 min later, they said please cancel the order, when there was no option to cancel the order in the app. Asked for refund but the charges have still not been reversed.

I order pizza so I can avoid DoorDash. But no, I get a text when my pizza is supposed to be delivered, letting me know DoorDash is for some reason delivering it, and it will be 20 minutes longer.

Placed order online, they called to tell me they dis not have an item that was included in the special, but they would adjust the price… they did not and still charged me for something i did mot receive. When i called to complain, the manager basically told me they stole my money and there wasn’t anything i could do about it. Avoid this location, the food sucks and the service there is beyond pathetic.
