Won’t be going back. Snarky kid sitting at the register as soon as I got there. Sent my husband in to get the order, Asked for my order and he told him it was all in one box. Was surprised and said “really?! Cool!” He came out to the car I said “is that it?” I opened the box and sure enough it wasn’t all there, sent hubby back in and he told him that some was missing and the kid said “Suuuure” in a real snotty attitude. Hubby handed him the receipt and he said “huh, you’re right!” Said it would be about 10 more minutes and my husband said “great, cold pizza” the kid didn’t even bat an eye. They didn’t even put cheese on the whole pizza & barely any sauce.

Pizza Hut isn’t my type of cuisine but it is a great place to use the free personal pan coupons that kiddos get from school! The staff at this location has always been kind and delivered product as ordered.

Ordered 3 pizzas. One Ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 sausage. Got pepperoni and sausage on one side and cheese on the other. Wasted 1/2 pizza! Special instructions doesn’t allow space for detailed comments. Used to order often. Not anymore!

Our experience has always been great with this place. We live close by and pick up, so our pizza is always hot. Since I’m mostly vegan, they will custom make mine with veggies and no cheese. It would be great if they kept up with the times and offered more veggie toppings, but that’s my only complaint.

The other night I placed a delivery. As usual, I received a text that it’s on its way. They are only 5 minutes from my house. Twenty minutes goes by after that text and still didn’t get my order. I called them and only to find out that their delivery goes thru Doordash. Therefore, it’ll take longer. So that’s the last time I’ll be doing delivery. I saw so many bad reviews about Doordash. So for now on, I’ll do pick up instead of delivery.
