Pizza was horrible, there was no pizza sauce on the pizza at all, just cheese and bread and the topping I chose, I took a drink out of my soda I ordered and it tasted weird and flat, so I looked at the expiration date it was June 5,2023 date so I received a expired drink. Overall my food, drink, overall was horrible, not to mention the pizza was very dry and overcooked thin crust. Very disappointed. Date ordered July 30, 2023 Sunday

This location consistently provides the best Pizza Hut products, period. Usually get a pizza and sometimes either a 2nd pizza or boneless wings. Everything is always very fresh and tasty. We usually get delivery and recently it’s been really quick and the food is extremely hot and fresh – we do live ~7 minute drive from the store. The wings we got tonight were the best ever and they were crispy, saucy and tender.

I am a DoorDasher and quite often I will receive orders that are filled by the restaurant but by the time I get to the restaurant they are closed and they will not give me the order. It’s extremely annoying that DoorDash even allows this – DoorDash knows my exact location at all times so it has to know how long it will take me to get there and it even said that I would arrive by 11:05 on Google Maps and that my allotted time to be there was no later than 11:15 but they closed at 11! This is no fault of Pizza Hut but I tried calling Pizza Hut through DoorDash to let them know I was almost there and to please let me get the order but it just goes to a 855 number and not the store itself. I told the woman from Pizza Hut customer service that my DoorDash GPS flashed a notification to inform me that Pizza Hut MIGHT be closed by the time I arrive, she looked up the location I was going to and said they did close at 11. Granted it did say they close at midnight on their doors and it was 11:05 PM when I arrived. After banging on the glass window like a crazy person, a man came from the back with a smile on his face after I obnoxiously knocked like that?! That man was Don and he was extremely kind and had the order right there ready to go and brought it to the door for me. Now the customer gets to have their pizza, I don’t lose my good rating on DoorDash – everyone’s happy thanks to Don. Keep hiring kind people like Don and your ratings will go up for sure!

Horrible service my pizza was late, I did not get everything I ordered. When the pizza arrived it was cold. I called and spoke to there call center and they said they could resend the pizza. I waited an hour and a half and it never came. I called and someone at the store picked up. He was like I guess we can resend it to you. I told him it was now almost 10 pm and I have waited 3 hours for this pizza. I told him I wanted a full refund of everything I paid. He said they would try to get a refund from door dash. I didn’t order from door dash, I ordered from their app. And I paid cash. He said I could come to the store and they would try to give me my money back. Has not been a good experience.

You know what is a great meal for a party? An empty pizza box! I also didn’t get breadsticks or one of my drinks. I live 3 minutes from this location, which is outside of their delivery area… I would say that they only deliver to their front curb, but they actually stopped contactless curbside even though it is still available as an option on their website. So, I don’t have enough food at my party and we had to argue with them to get our refund… their manager is rude, inept, and can’t seem to understand that when someone buys your product almost every week, you should just apologize for your error and make it right rather than accusing the customer of stealing a Mountain Dew.

This has become our go-to place for carry-out pizza. Staff are friendly and the food is “fairly” consistent… if you don’t include the pizza I took home only to find out that the tomatoes on top had been singed beyond recognition. Ah well. The pizzas are reliably made very quickly.
