Our Scout Troop came in for pizza with a group of about 25 youth and leaders. The crew at the Fredericktown Pizza Hut were great. We called ahead so they could have our order already to pop in the oven when we arrived. They were very patient with our group of wild kids and provided good service and our eleven pizzas were out and ready shortly after we arrived and got our drinks. Thanks to all of them.

Haven’t had the best of days, walked in and Riley greeted us with a cheerful smile and a personality that made me forget the bad part of the day. They weren’t busy but everyone was busy cleaning and restocking. Thanks Riley and staff for the pleasant experience. By the way, the pizza was fantastic.

Got carry out, pizza was hot and delicious. Cheesy breadsticks scrumptious! Great customer service I didn’t have to wait long and Kelsey took care of my order she is awesome! I’ve known her a long time, so glad to still see her at this restaurant! She needs rewarded for her dedication to this franchise.

Food was fine, but the restaurant was kind of dirty. It was obvious they’re short staffed. The tables weren’t wiped off, the floors had food on them. While we were there another guest even lit a cigarette while inside and there wasn’t any staff around to say anything. It’s very self-serve at the moment and self-cleaning for tables, and it’s easy to tell most guests don’t care to do that.

I tried 6 times trying to talk to someone at the and.i.never got through. The garlic bread with cheese was cold hard, the 2 meat lovers I ordered had very little meat and they was cold. The ultimate cheese wa cold and the topping was stuck to the lid. Very hard, cold it looked it was 2 hours old and the parmesion garlic looked very watered-down

This place absolutely sucks! I have never had worse service in my life! The app sucks and when you call the workers don’t even speak English good enough to understand them. This Fredericktown location needs to be shut down or get some people who speak English!
