Very lackluster performance by our local PizzaHut. Haven’t been in awhile, looks like may be awhile more. We ordered the chicken Alfredo and bread sticks, when I picked up the order it was ready when the app said it would be, that’s a plus point. After getting home that’s where it turned south, they changed the size and the recipie obviously, to our dismay. We was remembering how it used to be, creamy, garlicky, and the breadsticks could be dipped. Well, that’s in the past, to say the least, disappointed.

Love their Pizza they just don’t go close enough to the edge they stay an inch and a half or more away from the edge so all you have is crust with a little bit of sauce on it otherwise the pizza is good

Pizza and pasta is usually good. Sometimes seems like they forget to brush the crust with seasoning. Pickup is always preferred to make sure the order is right. Not too many other options around for cheap pizza.

Love the pizza but this is the 3rd time we ordered for delivery and door dash delivered the pizza but here is the problem. They don’t use the pizza hut bag to keep it hot. Plus it’s been 50min and no pizza.

I sat there for an hour and a half waiting on two pizzas that was supposed to be ready but the screen said that they were cutting my pizzas and they weren’t because they messed them up and no one even told me they messed up and we’re going to remake them because they had to make one of them so they might as well make both so the other one isn’t cold. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again

Ordered at 5 with a pickup time of 8:15. What was the point? I get there at my pickup time and they tell me it’s going to be another 15 minutes or so? You had 3 hours…Pretty ridiculous. Sure am glad no one was waiting on it.. oh wait, the entire birthday party was.

I ordered a pizza and they delivered the wrong pizza, it was just plain cheese. when I called the restaurant the manager could care less. he told me after me pressing for a resolution that he’d credit me back the $22 (yes $22 for 1 pizza). he lied. that has never happened. so they took my money for a pizza I never got!
