Ordered several times since we moved out to Lawson in May and this hut is by far the best we’ve had in the kc metro. Accurate orders every time, pizzas look picture perfect, great customer service. I even got there early and they threw it through quick for me! Great staff. Manager is super proud of what she does and does great work! Super happy and will keep coming back.

This store is clean and the staff provide excellent customer service. I like their teamwork attitude. During busy times and also not-so-busy times, it seems like there’s a second or third set of eyes on the customer to make sure their needs are met. Oh! and i tried a melt for the first time ever – I purchased the veggie-pizza-version and it was delish. It was two halves and actually more and one person could eat. I will enjoy the other half today for lunch. I also ordered the chicken alfredo pasta bake which I tasted briefly. I may have to wait another day before I get into that one – it is quite decadent! I highly recommend this store and I will definitely be going back for more.

It was great!! Pulled up to the window, gave them my name, and they passed off 2 medium pizzas. But instead of putting the dipping sauces in a bag that slides around, they put them in the pizza boxes. Got home and had to hold myself back, the pizza was perfect!! Excellent job Pizza Hut!!”

I ordered a pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and bbq wings. Upon arrival they had forgot my wings (which I wasn’t too upset about) so I asked if he could go back and grab them. He came back a few minutes later and when I open the wings to eat them there was literally only 3 wings in the whole container. I called them and I’ve been on hold for around 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. Thanks Pizza Hut, my 12 hour day got worse.
