I have ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut. For the last 2 years. I’m a pretty good customer. I order once every 7 to 10 days. And they must have had some sort of management change. I always order off of the app and get text alerts I ordered my pizza today at 5:43 I got a text alert at 5:47 it was out for delivery it was not, it was delivered 6:47 I called the store about my order and he told me that the text alert are incorrect I kind of figured that since I ordered it 5:43 and the pizza was out for delivery at 5:47. He said he has to do this for his numbers. This is the second time that this has happened. He informed me that the delivery guy had 7 orders to deliver. Why do they not have another delivery guy? I am less than a mile and a 1/2 from the store, and the pizza was cold. Thin and Crispy. crispy, It was not. I hate to say it. But it looks like I’m gonna find a new pizza restaurant.

Went through and got our pizza and breadsticks, drove away and looked at it. Came back after we noticed they gave us overcooked cinnamon sticks instead of breadsticks so we told them. They took the box back and just put garlic topping on top of the cinnamon sticks and said it just didn’t have that much garlic on when there was zero garlic on it the first time and I expected them to remake it and not give me cinnamon sticks with garlic. My car smelled like cinnamon sticks and we tried them before we went back. Was too afraid to come around through the drive thru again and didn’t want them to do anything to my food. Get home, pizza is undercooked because it had an incredible amount of sauce in the middle and to top it off they cut it the worst I have literally ever seen in my life I’m talking 2 inch pieces and 6 inch pieces. Terrible experience. I had to put my pizza in the oven to eat it. Should have asked for a refund and went to papa johns since we specifically get Pizza Hut for the breadsticks. I never write reviews, but this was way too much.

It was terrible. Ants on the few tables that they even had in their dining room which was only about 5 all around the edges at the windows. The middle of the dining room was empty. We were working 45 mins from home and had been working in the heat all day so we needed to sit down and cool off while we all shared pizza. They didn’t have plates or silverware because they said they don’t serve people in the dining area anymore. So we had to eat on layers of napkins. Also, just about all if not every customer who came in during the hour that we were there was a door dash (I don’t know if there were other delivery companies) delivery driver. It occured to me when I learned that their dining room is not used that they make all of their money from deliveries….but wait, where were their delivery drivers if door dash was doing all of their deliveries? It seems to me that this would be a conflict of interest…

Staff really knows what they are doing and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and on time since I was with a large group and we were on our way to a baseball game and didn’t have the luxury of time. Will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

We never have an issue at this location (knock on wood) we usually order sometime during the week around dinner time 6-7pm. Staff is always friendly. Food is always good. -The owner should get the parking lights replaced though. There is no lighting at all for the safety of the employees especially the delivery drivers and the customers.
