Ordered a pizza from here and had it delivered. The big box dinner. Everything came wrong also was missing items and cold. When I reached out about it they said they’d credit our account for free pizza next time. Also that they’d send out the proper order just make sure to keep the pizza for them to pick up that they did deliver.

Horrible pizza ordered Tues a speciality Hawaiian and lrg cheese both were. Burnt beyond recognition inedible so I called they gave me a credit so we redeemed it last night it was worse than the first time one pizza was burnt the other was under cooked with no sauce I am going back to pa pa johns for now can’t wait till the dominoes opens up the street this is a pic of the cheese pizza bottom was black completely

DO NOT PRE-ORDER AND SET DELIVERY TIME THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ORDER!!¡!!!!!!¡!. they will then blame it on two different “malfunctions.”. When you try reach the store they take the phone off the hook and force calls to the “order hotline” which when they realize you are trying to file a complaint can ONLY transfer to the store, which of course bounce you back and you get a new call taker. Rinse and repeat untilon try 7 they TELL you their only option and advise filing an online complaint and then disconnect mid transfer. Finally get pizza at 1230(4hrs after order and 2hrs late)

I’ve ordered pizza a few times from this store. It takes them forever to get to my home because of the train but they never call me to ask for a alternate route then they said they were going to drop my off at a safe location if they couldn’t find my home. My pizza wasn’t hot and the prices are outrageous and they are very stingy with the toppings I’m better off making it homemade.

This Pizza Hut is a HUGE hit and miss. Sometimes, your food will be absolutely perfect. Other times, it can be completely messed up. This time that we ordered, the teenage delivery guy dropped it off and we saw him carry the bag swung over his shoulder like a duffel bag. When we opened it, the pizza was all destroyed. We called the store but nobody answered so we filed a complaint via Pizza Hut. Well, we never heard back either way so after that horrible incident, we’re definitely going to avoid this Pizza Hut location from now on. My only regret is I tipped the delivery guy a good amount but knowing he messed up our pizza, I have remorse

This pizza hut is awful. The worst customer service I ever received. My pizza was 45 min late. When calling, I was hung up on and not helped. I’ve had to call at least six times. I was promised a refund, but never received it. They were so unprofessional here. How they spoke and treated me. They even acted like I didn’t pay for my pizza on my visa card claiming I paid cash to avoid giving me a refund. I have my bank statement to prove I did. I normally only order from pizza hut. The pizza was un consumable for a human being. The health department needs to shut this place down. I’m never going to pizza hut on Truman rd again still waiting on my refund

I ordered 1medium beef taco pizza and 1 medium meat lovers pizza and a 2 liter of Pepsi at 7:34pm on 8/31/23 was advised it would be delivered around 8:04pm didn’t receive until 12am and only one pizza was delivered it was not warm at all
