In April ordered a pizza and paid with it with a credit card. Will be delivered in 45 minutes. 2 hours later called and was told Door Dash was on the way with it. Door Dash called and said they were waiting at the store for my order but was told they had to remake it, it was made wrong. It would be another hour before it would be ready. I called the store and told them to cancel the order and credit my sisters credit card. Well, they couldn’t do it, they didnt know how, and besides they were having technical problems. Someone would be in touch. Ya right. 4 months later, still no credit on the card, my sister called the store and talked to Keith, and he told her he was sorry this hadn’t been handled and he was going to put a $25 credit on our account. 08-19-23 we thought we would have pizza. I tried to order online but the credit didn’t show up. So I called and it went to God knows where, for ordering. Well, they can’t see the credit so they will connect me with the store. 6 times we tried that. The 6th time the store answere, and when I said hello, they hung up. I called right back, they answered the phone. Told them I had a credit on my account I would like to use. They couldn’t get my info into their computer, new computer system 2 days before. They tried 5 times to do that, and the woman said could I hold for a minute. 30 minutes later, 30 damn minutes, I hung up. I am DONE with the Noland Rd. store. They need to shut it down. They don’t know how to run the store.

Never fails they mess up your order. Called and ordered pizza told them 3 times how I wanted it. Then go to pick it up and again I tell the girl at the register the exact way I wanted because they hadn’t started it yet. It comes out and guess what messed up. Now waiting again on my pizza. Like I have all the time in the world.

I ordered the New Yorker’ it came without the pepperoni and only had 6 slices when i ordered the 8 slice pizza’ plus it had a chunkmissing out of it. The marinara pasta i ordered had chicken it it and smelled and tasted like it was spoiled and reheated. My pizza, pasta and cheese sticks were burnt.

Slowest pizza delivery in Independence. I had the same problem 6 years ago and thought I would give him another chance and they did the same thing. What they do is get Door Dash to do the delivery and put the blame on them I am not even two miles away. Avoid these guys. Now I have to appeal to my bank to reverse the charge as when you call they transfer you to a “preferred line” that never gets answers.

Ordered pizza tonight it was missing two toppings…after waiting 15 mins on hold I call the store from another phone and they answer right away. I’m told they’re out of those toppings and the driver side was suppose to let us know. The manager John was terrible with his customer service and refund of $3.50. We would have ordered a different pizza if we knew they were out of toppings. Pizza hut be better.

Took 15 minutes to answer the phone to bring out curb-side delivery. Hung up on once. Second call told to please hold immediately then person left line live so that when the previous phone call was done mine would not be picked up. Third call told to hold again and waited another 3 minutes after they were done with the person in the lobby before they picked up my call.

Ordered from here back on March 19th. My food was delivered by doordash I’m assuming cause they had no available drivers. The door dash tracker showed the driver parked up the road from me for 20+ minutes and my food arrived cold. I called the store and the guy I spoke to said they would get my order right back out to me. Never saw or heard from anyone again that night. I contacted their customer service department who emailed me and said store management would be in touch in approx 3 days. It’s been well over a month and I have heard nothing again. Changed my review to 1 star and honestly I just won’t order from here anymore. They aren’t the only company with stuffed crust ♀️

A month ago it took 2 hours for my order to arrive. I was given a credit for the order. The credit disappeared. Google maps shows that they are slow right now. It’s going to take another 2 hours to get this new order. I’ll never order from this store again.

wrong order and the pizza was over an hour late, then when i called voicing my concerns, all they did was re-order my pizza, at which time, they were out of my order. So, not only was my pizza 2 hours late, due to them having to remake the pizza, i got the wrong pizza.

I got 16 boneless buffalo wings and my wife got six of them and the bill came to be almost $40 to me that’s too much to pay for what we got and we will go to other ABS on my phone from other piece of place like Little Caesars, to me it’s taking advantage of people when you have to pay so much where other places got just a good and a lot more cheaper and good quality for Less
