The regional manager, Jacqueline, just took over these locations in July and is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I had an unfortunate experience one evening at this Lexington location, and she called me personally and was the SWEETEST. Our experience wasn’t the end of the world, nor would it have kept us from coming back, but she still reached out and wanted to talk about what happened and try to fix the issue internally. It makes a huge difference when a manager/lead takes any issue, big or small, seriously and goes out of their way to make it right. That says a lot and makes a huge difference!

The experience I had there was amazing. The workers there were very polite, and my pizza was perfect. My order was made on time, and I received exceptional customer service. I was even given extra napkins and pepper without even having to ask. I would recommend this pizza hut for anyone who is in the area.

Topping amounts seem to vary from order to order. Marinara is consistently ice cold (remember when it used to come as hot as the pizza you ordered?). Can’t keep staff, which shows a sign of bad management. Can’t be bothered to be open for more than a few hours a night. All in All I would say do not order from this restaurant. The only good thing is the delivery driver I consistently get, but he has to deal with racial slurs, which I heard being shouted at him while he delivered my order. This town doesn’t deserver a pizza hut, but those of us who do deserve one deserve a better one.

This establishment has seen better days I think. Over three last year the quality of the food had gone from very good to mediocre, example like really runny marinara, bread sticks with no seasoning or parmesan, skimping on the pizza sauce which they will put extra on free if asked/ ordered that way, toppings not evenly spread over the pizza at times and so forth. Not terrible but no where near the quality and value not that long ago.

Make sure all requested items are on the pizza. I had ordered tomatoes as a topping as well as other items, all were on the receipt but the tomatoes did not make it to the pizza. Still yummy though.
