Ordering on the app works as intended. The quality of the food at this location has gone downhill over the past year. Pasta taste freezer burnt. Looks like it’s only been painted over with sauce. Breadsticks are soggy. The “pan” pizza crust thickness is half of what is used to be. About 1 out of every 6 orders is the pizza edible.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut. I order food that took will over 1hr to be delivered. It gave me a estimate on delivery time of 12:17 and still didn’t have a order by 1pm. When I called they put me on hold for 5min and then they lady on the phone said she had other orders and traffic was bad. I live about 8 min away and there is no traffic. I didn’t get and apology on the phone and she said the driver was leaving the store now with my food. I will never order from here again and I have been buying pizza here for years. Pizza Hut you suck and should do better.oh door bell just rang and pizza is cold and no marinara as ordered.

We get the kids pizza most Friday evenings and we have tried a number of places. This Pizza Hut is always on top of things. The wait is always short, the orders are always correct, and the employees are always really nice, even when they are clearly busy and/or short staffed.

Put an order in for 6:30 pm 15 minutes later it said out for delivery. It showed up an hour and a half early luckily I got back home in time. When we asked them why or if it could be remade and delivered at the right time they said they could not and that we would have to order it all over and pay for it twice to get it at 6:30. Won’t be using their delivery service anymore if at all.

I placed two orders. Waited one hour (as quoted). When I arrived, only one order was ready. They said the other transaction “got voided by mistake”. No apology whatsoever! I had to ask them to put my other order back in the warmer while I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to make my other pizza. This is a very rare instance at this location. Service is always great here and prompt. They really dropped the ball yesterday. No care or concern whatsoever for their mistake. Very poor attitudes from both ladies working register and pizza oven respectively.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Countless times they’ve given me pizza where u can tell its old and the slices don’t match uo from them just putting 2 pizzas together. Plus my wings they either burn them or don’t put any sauce on them. Wouldn’t not recommend this location to anyone. Waste of your money and time

The pizzas themselves were luke warm on arrival, but it was the very rude and unprofessional attitude of the woman operating the phone that earned this poor review. When I had called the store to complain about the order, she made no effort to try and rectify the experience, accused me of lying, and hung up on me mid sentence. This situation could have easily been avoided and I have never had a horrible experience with Pizza Hut, until now.
