The worst pizza ever. Barely any toppings, it was burnt and the cheese pizza didn’t have very much cheese. The cheese breadsticks didn’t have cheese and they were burnt as well. Will never go back.

Walked in at 710, it’s now 723 and not ONE worker has said a thing to me. I asked the lady next to me, if they had spoken to her and she said just to say her order wasn’t ready. Which was supposed to be at 7pm. Generally I don’t come into the actual store, I order online delivery …but this is the 2nd time I’ve had an unpleasant experience.

There’s no parking spaces at this pizza store so door Dashers avoid. The manager got mad because I went through the drive-through and nobody I said nobody was through the drive-through. If nobody’s in the drive-through, DoorDashers should be able to pick up their orders.

I will never give my money to this Pizza Hut ever,twice I have been there and ask for a Supreme pizza with no sausage and they always put it on there anyway.I called to speak to a manager and I spoke with her and told me to come all the way back from my job so she can make another pizza when she could of said sorry come back when you can and we will take care of you very unprofessional!Maybe if they stop sitting around playing on there phones or outside smoking whatever it is in those vapors maybe you will get people order right

Make sure all orders are exactly correct before delivery. And before you send the pizza out for delivery, make sure it’s actually cooked. The crust is supposed to be golden brown, not yellow and doughy. Gag.

Placed an order through this store via the online portal, confirmation email showed food will arrive in 42 minutes. Received numerous text messages notifying me that the delivery time would be delayed. An hour after ordering, receive a text telling me that DoorDash will be delivering the pizza, instead of Pizza Hut. After an hour and a half I logged on to check the status, only to find out my order had been canceled!

My recent order was TERRIBLE! My delivery was 30 minutes late from the scheduled time and it tasted like they had made it hours before. It wasn’t hot or fresh and it was like chewing on leather. Horrible experience all the way around. The delivery driver also didn’t read the instructions about contactless delivery. He rang the doorbell and just stood there until I had to awkwardly yell through the door to leave it at the door as requested in the delivery notes.
