Poor management team! Do not recommend working here, pay is horrible, especially for the money the company makes, the management team is extremely immature and deceptive, definitely need to be in “The Circle”! They’re also unaware of hours of operations, I come from full service restaurant industry and if you close at 10, that means at 9:55 you have to serve your guests, not ignore them or send them to a different location! Management like this, is what’s wrong in the industry today!!!

Favorite Pizza Hut in the area because they still serve hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Unfortunately this past Saturday it didn’t turn out like that. It took almost 25 minutes for two sandwiches with fries. The fries were cool just like the sandwiches. My friend is not one to complain so she told me not to bother. I think there were four people working, but no one spoke to us. It’ll be a while before I go back.

We were traveling up I-29 and a couple of people in the car were hungry and, to make a long story short, it was decided they wanted Personal Pan Pizzas from Pizza Hut. So, we ordered them in the app and then exited to pick them up.

Mackenzie was a great help tonight. My mom called and placed a order which we thought was at the south belt. When I went to pick it up the workers told me they didn’t have a order. So we went back home. My mom then called all the stores in st Joe. And no one had our order. So after waiting 10 mins, I called back to south belt and replaced our order. I spoke with Mackenzie and she informed me that we would be sure to get our order and she gave us discounts. Even though it wasn’t her fault. But so very glad she went above and beyond on what she did. Thank you Mackenzie for making it great and making the day better. Just goes to show there are still people that work in fast food and that care about making customers happy. Thank you again Mackenzie…
