5 topping veggie lovers specialty pizza. What a joke. I think they meant to say was 5 peices of vegetable per slice of pizza. What a rip off. If anything this should be considered false advertisement. Never again will I order a pizza from 2802 S Main Joplin, MO. Unless Pizza Hut makes this right. I will update if they do.

We picked up our pizza near closing time. The cashier guy was still super friendly and our pizza was made perfectly. We had 1/2 & 1/2 directions for toppings. Plus the crust was delicious. We will be back for sure.

First of all the delivery was only 1.2 miles from the pizza hut. When they got here with my order I had to ask for the repcict and then the driver got a attitude with me cuz I did tip. Said he would like to get a tip every now and then. Who can afford a tip when pizza and bread sticks was 27.03. If the delivery driver in the newer black chevy truck older guy…. don’t know his name. Does not like his job. Maybe he should go be a door greater at Walmart!!! So rude and no customer service skills. On the good part of this the manager was very nice when I called to complain. And the food was excellent!!! They definitely need a different delivery driver at night!!!

I have shopped here several times and I always get the wrong order. I ask for pizza with cheese border and it doesn’t come like that. I ask for wings with barbecue and they come with roasted wings and barbecue on the side, I ask for large pizza and they give me the small ones I thought it was me who didn’t speak English so I tried my sister and the same thing happened.

Just picked up an order for my family. The staff seemed nice but the food was not. I ordered online and the food was ready super quick and now i see why.. Pepperoni pizza was soggy and undercooked, the pasta was still cold in the middle and the supreme was super uneven. Also the breadsticks which used to be my favorite had barely a sprinkle of the seasoning that makes it so good. Will not be going back there. Thanks for the most disappointing meal I’ve had this year pizza hut. – _-

Not as good as it used to be, but then… What is? The hand tossed was mostly crust, and the thin crust was a touch over cooked. Toppings were scarce also, especially on the hand tossed. Cheese? What cheese?

I ordered a large super supreme and a large bbq beef pizza a few weeks ago they messed those 2 pizzas up. So they gave me credit for them. So tonight I went to get the replacement pizzas and they messed them up also. So I called back up there and explained every thing he told me that they would remake my pizzas. So I went back there again and after I got home I realized that they messed the order up again. Apparently the sales representative can even make them right either. So I gave up after 3 trys.

I tried the Edge Supreme with added pineapple. Couldn’t hardly find any pineapple. Pizza was chopped up in tiny pieces.I hate that. Order said 12 slices so I expected pie sliced. Whole pizza was covered in what I am guessing was Italian herbs . Who does that?!! Was almost $17.00!! I remember why I quit them years ago. Won’t go back…ever!
