We ordered a super Supreme, it ended up coming with the new York style pepperoni. My 4 yr old normally picks all the pepperoni off of her pizza first and she wouldn’t even eat it. I called and Brad apologized and said that he could credit me back 20 dollars or he could remake the pizza but I would have to come get it myself. I’m 2 weeks away from having a baby so that wasn’t something I wanted to deal with. It still put me out the almost 14 dollars that I spent on delivery fee and tip. The employees were nice but I think it’s ridiculous that I wasn’t credited my entire purchase amount. We’ve done business there for years but this was extremely disappointing. My pregnancy taste buds ended up with an awful after taste and I ended up just throwing up what pizza that I ate. Exception should be given to long time customers. It’s just good business practice.

Manager was extremely rude I called to let them know the sauce tasted off. We didn’t finish after one slice. Offered to take it back to store for refund. I had company had to offer them something else to eat didn’t want them to get sick. Female “manager” never apologized or offered any remedy and hung up on me. Domino’s across the street has never treated me like that. Guess what next time Domino’s is my go to is I have to deal with that female Manager again it’s a no go to Pizza Hut on Truman.

Got a coupon in the mail they don’t know how to apply the coupon. They said let me take your order and for me to bring in the weekly coupon and my order should be ready in 15 minutes. I show with coupon then they are able to find it and said they will begin making the pizzas now. Incredible that this is what they call service no apologies just excuses

Me and the kids were waiting around to watch the new movie that came out and we decided to have lunch a late lunch at the Pizza Hut by the capital mall as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Logan he was very polite and waited on us while we decided what we want it he brought our pizza out. Make sure we had everything such a pleasure to go to a place and get that type of service. We thank you very much, Logan.

We wanted a medium pan pepperoni lovers pizza but there was a sale on a large pan pizza and we paid for extra pepperoni. They were generous with the toppings it was like getting the lovers version for less money and a bigger pizza. The delivery was fast and timely and the pizza arrived fresh and delicious. The delivery charge is a bit high but other than that, it was perfect.

When buying cheesy breadsticks there’s next to no cheese on them and they’re so far cooked that it’s just crust on the top of overcooked breadstick and then on top of that you try and get a hold of anyone and nobody at the store will ever answer the phone. I am no longer impressed. It keeps costing more and more money but yet the quality keeps going further and further down
