Pizza Hut is as always super overpriced, but I will say I have never had worse dine- in service than I’ve had tonight. Centralia pizza hut is probably the most incompetent of all the pizza huts in the central area. They rushed our pizzas through the oven. The crust was still white, almost raw. And then took 10-plus minutes to try to deliver the rest of the food. I really could go on it, was just a really bad experience. Zero stars if I could. Shut this place down and make it a Dominoes.

Everytime I order a salad I get rotting vegetables. The lettuce is brown and the tomatoes are complete mush. The pizza is pretty good tho if you get the correct toppings. Also would like to mention if you’re pregnant do not work here. There was a lot of discrimination towards me because I was pregnant. Who knows what else they’d discriminate against

UPDATE: ONCE AGAIN THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT AND THE MANAGER IS THE ONE WHO HANDED US THE INCORRECT ORDER. I CALLED AND THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE EVEN THOUGH I WAS POLITE AND PATIENT. SHE NEVER APOLOGIZES FOR THE MISTAKES THAT THEY MAKE WHICH IS AT LEAST 50% OF THE TIME AND I’M BEING GENEROUS. AT THIS RATE I THINK I’LL TRAVEL THE EXTRA 30 MILES TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THE MANAGER WOULD APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKES BUT INSTEAD SHE TREATS THE CUSTOMERS LIKE IT’S THEIR FAULT THAT SHE MADE A MISTAKE.

Staff was very unprofessional and both ladies that were working were sitting on top of the table where the food gets prepared. Pizza was very messy and my request to have it cut in squares was ignored. The cashier immediately tore my receipt without even asking if I wanted it and when I asked her for it she grunted at me and told me that next time I should’ve asked for it and proceeded to dig in the trash to give me thorn receipt instead of printing me out a new one
