A little disappointed… Tried for 20 minutes to order online. Called the store. They were friendly enough… But they quoted an hour wait if I ordered now… and then asked if I’d call back in the hour to place the order… Not sure how that works. Order now wait an hour or order in an hour and what ♀️ wait another hour? Apparently They didn’t want my businness tonight…

They gave me the wrong dinner box. It only came with 1 pizza not 2. The 2 large pizzas that I ordered tasted like cardboard. Really the meat lovers had some taste, like the seasoning from the sausage but the large cheese had nothing.

They used to deliver to our house but now they say they can’t deliver because we are not in their system. When we moved into our house a year ago they said they delivered within 7 miles . We are about 6 miles. They delivered to us for.a year now they won’t. They used to just do something on their computer that would let them serve us but no more. So I guess it’s no more Pizza Hut . If we have to drive into town we may as well go get better pizza somewhere else.

I live in Park Hills, MO But my sister and her family recently moved to St. James. The day they were getting moved I wanted to treat them to dinner. I tried ordering online but had a bit of trouble. I called the store there and explained the situation. The manager was incredibly nice and the order placed and payed for. Thank you for being awesome!!
