We ordered 2 pizzas that were different completely (except for the crust being stuffed on both). When my son got home with the food pick up, both pizzas were the exact same and overcooked. This quality of product has become consistent for the Pizza Hut in Salem unfortunately. 🙁

Order the penne dinner for 9.99 with 5 breadsticks, ( 2 pans that feeds 2 it says) when we checked out they charged for 2 dinners, they said it was 2 dinners if so why didn’t we get 5 more bread sticks, they ended up cheating us 11 dollars on our order, we will never go back!

I really enjoy the pizza, very consistent. My question is “when is pizza hut going to pepperoni with only natural nitrates?” I personally think serving food that doesnt promote GI cancer would be healthier and give pizza hut a greater fan base?

Refuses to do contactless delivery more often than not. The manager was rude and dismissive when I brought it to her attention that my request was being consistently ignored during a pandemic. If we had any other good pizza in this town I’d never order from this place again.

Aside from ordering, everything needs to be improved. Years ago Pizza Hut use to be my favorite pizza place. Now I can barely stomach it. The toppings taste aweful, the crust tastes stale, the bread sticks are almost always overcooked and over saturated with parmasean cheese. It tastes nothing like it use to when it was good. Too many cooks spoiling the broth I think.
