So waited for a pizza for over an hour first. Then called them and l they said I have to come get after the fact they deliver to across the street from me been sitting in my front room this entire time till I called and got the worst customer service.

I placed an order online to pay cod and waited for it to be delivered. Time went by and no pizza showed up so I called the restaurant and they kept picking up and hanging up the phone then finally answered and said “hello” so I had to ask if I had the right number. Upon checking they said the pizza was already delivered even tho no payment was taken for the order. Based on the customer service I’m glad I didn’t get my pizza.

I understand this is a newer franchise but what a terrible experience. First, they gave me the wrong pizza so I had to drive back. Then they made me wait even longer to get the correct pizza instead of getting ours going immediately. Then they didn’t remake my entire order even though I brought everything back in for replacement. Do better!
