I always like the idea of ordering pizza. But nearly every time I do something is wrong, burnt pizza, etc. Also they don’t have flavored crusts anymore, and the last few times I ordered wings they had next to no sauce or they were tiny scraps that you could barely say we’re a piece. For the prices unfortunately not worth it, plus the paying for all the sauces not even one complementary one or chili packet? Idk seems like pizza hut has gone down hill and I use to love pizza hut.

We are new to town, but just tried this Pizza Hut for second time. Both times the pizza arrived way under done. I mean down right raw doughy. We have had to cook the pizza at home. This time was our last time. A shame, as we like our old Pizza Hut, but this is ridiculous.

Even after the long drive to pick it up and bring it home. Food was still warm. Crust was probably the best I’ve ever had from an pizza hut. So glad we have one in our town. I wish they would deliver to us people in the country.

I received the wrong order, in multiple ways. I asked for a large order of breadsticks, and received an order of 5, and not even breadsticks but just bread, no toppings (Parmesan cheese, etc). Brought it to their attention and was told I was charged for a small. I would have gladly paid to get the right size, but can we not also address the lack of anything on this bread. Incredibly rude, absolutely unprofessional and did not care. I left, got home, to find my pizza was wrong too. Don’t waste your time or money on incorrect orders and frustration.

I ordered my pizzas around 930pm and the delivery had a mess up on Uber’s end of things. The worker who was there went above and beyond to make sure I got my food. I appreciate him so much and am very grateful for his kindness after such a bad day.

Was feeling pizza tonight and went in a little late and ordered a small meat lovers, manager came up and said they were out of everything under med. I had already ordered the small and only wanted a small but I really wanted pizza so I had to go up to medium AND had to pay more than I wanted to. Hate to give a low rating but it’s very inconvenient they’re out of almost everything cheap when I come in.
