I received my pizza and it had all slid to one side. I stopped delivery driver to show him and he blamed it on the store. Called the store and the young lady was very rude and continued to talk in circles instead of ACTUALLY helping. It’s sad that people don’t want to actually do their job efficiently. Although, the mistake was made on Pizza Huts behalf no one took accountability. You have a lost a customer!

The Big New Yorker pizza I ordered with double pepperoni not only showed up 40 minutes late, but it was cold. It was not the pizza I ordered either. On top of that, when I called to have it corrected, they told me that because they don’t have any delivery drivers, they were using door dash, and that I would have to call their corporate to have it taken care of. I’ve ordered from this place twice. Estimated delivery is generally a good time, yet they can’t manage to get there before the pizza is cold. Both orders were delivered over an hour after the estimated delivery time. I understand that estimated doesn’t mean that it will be exactly that time and it could be a bit later, and that’s okay. It is unacceptable to only deliver cold pizza. If this is the only Pizza Hut near you, either go to a different location entirely or pick it up yourself.

Pizza hut is usually one of my favorite places to order pizza. That is no longer true. We ordered from this location 7720 State Ave about 2 weeks ago and the experience was horrific from start to finish. Poor customer service over the phone. When we arrived to pick up our order it was incorrect, when we did get our order it was the absolute worst pizza that I’d ever bought from anywhere. What happened to the quality that I’ve come to expect from Pizza hut?

We ordered a couple of pizza’s last night and the estimate for delivery was 45 min. after 90 min we finally received our delivery trust me had the estimated delivery time been anything over an hour we would have ordered pizza from somewhere else.

The pizza was over cooked, they had trouble keeping up with Order because no one put the order receipts on them. I was disappointed that I had waited an hour. They compensate the customers in front of me, I guess I upset set them because I refused a cold pizza that want what I wanted. The manager even walked out to make a call when someone pushed pizza out of the warmer. #pizzahut

My order was ready when I got there. The cashier was very friendly and made sure I didn’t dash out the door without the rest of my order. They don’t have delivery drivers and rely on Doordash drivers, so pickup is really the best option if you don’t want to wait 45minutes.

I live about 5 minutes away from this Pizza Hut, and I’ve ordered delivery twice. The first time took over two hours and the order was wrong; this time I’m still waiting on the order 130min later. I guess shame on me for giving them a second chance.
