Being that I’m an ex manager of Pizza Hut, one would think that I would be tired of eating there… But truth be told I’m not and I love it just as much as I did as a little kid when I would take in the bookits and get free pizza. The one on Johnson drive in mission Kansas is excellent to eat at. I highly recommend anything they’ve got because it’s all good.

I ordered honey bbq wings yummy and crispy with bread stix…The store smelled clean and the nice guy that made my order opened the door for me and as I was using a cane…AND…gave a homeless guy a nice backpack…It was really nice to witness all this Niceness …after coming from my chemo treatment from a mean girl medical asst (who had the NERVE to not want to push me in the wheelchair?!) my fav store ever!! Food wasn’t made the way I asked it to be and plus one of the employees wasn’t even wearing gloves while preparing the food… never washed his hands, going back and forth from the food to the cash register all while adjusting the hat he was wearing on his head from sweating with no hair net!! ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Order carry out from this store with some regularity and they have a very high hit rate for accuracy and expected timing. That’s what I’m looking for with quick order pizza. Taste is good, too, though I wish they had not discontinued the flavored crust.

The baked food made by this chain technically fulfills society’s informally agreed-upon definition of pizza, but does so without giving a scintilla more in quality or abundance or care than it has to. This is what happens when marketers and financiers are put in charge of turning food into a bottomless quest for profit maximization: corners are cut and quality is sacrificed, with solid execution on the basics replaced by gimmicks like “stuffed crust.” I don’t need gimmicks–I need a good-tasting pie with generously proportioned ingredients (the presence of red sauce is virtually undetectable) and attention to flavor. I will undoubtedly continue to find that product elsewhere.
