I ordered a “create your own” pizza for delivery. It was missing the onions, and the grilled chicken was almost non-existent (I counted 5 pieces). The BBQ sauce was just one thin streak around the crust. This is not the first time PH has gotten my order wrong. The pizza makers obviously do not give a darn and know there are no consequences.

Today at 8:48 pm I placed an order for a pizza and a Pepsi for home delivery. The waiting time said that my order would arrive at 9:15 pm, which never arrived. I called customer service and the The woman on the phone said that they had no drivers I told her that I could pick up my order and she said that she couldn’t do that I told her to cancel the order and return the money and she said that she couldn’t do that either, she said that I had to wait for them to find a doordash, i just want my money back please

Called to order and the call went to a customer service call center. They asked what location I would pick it up at and I gave them the 95th St address in Overland Park. Drove up and the store is permanently closed with insulation and light fixtures hanging down from the ceiling.

I placed my order it took forever for me to get my food when I got I my wings which were boneless and there were pink and raw in the inside . I called this store location and they kept picking up the phone hanging up the phone so very unprofessional

I don’t even know where to start. These guys in the store are so lazy it’s not even funny. As soon as I would call the store, it would ring a few times and I could visually see the employee in the store push a button on the phone and it would direct me to the Pizza Hut call center, where somebody from there would then mark that I was there for car side pick up. I called the first time and after 10 minutes I still hide not receive my order. So after 10 mins of waiting, I called again, the employee on the phone had to put me on hold, call the store phone, let the LAZY employee know inside the store that I had been waiting outside, and he brought it out in less than a minute. I added extra sauce on my pizza, and it’s like they read light sauce, pizza was so dry. So ridiculous.

I’m going to stick with Little Ceasars, I can get a $5 pepperoni pizza with twice the toppings and have it actually cut all the way through instead of this dried out, anorexic topped leather that cost much more! So disappointed….
